Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone who knows a lab or organization that could benefit from expert LIMS, ELN, or broader lab informatics support is welcome to refer. We appreciate anyone who wants to help a fellow IT or lab tech improve their data, workflows, and digital systems.
If you know a lab that could use expert guidance, you can participate.
A strong referral is someone actively involved in LIMS, ELN, LES, CDS, or broader lab digital transformation efforts. This includes contacts who are upgrading systems, planning new deployments, facing workflow challenges, or looking to improve data integrity, efficiency, or compliance. If they help drive decisions in QC, R&D, IT, operations, or informatics, they’re an ideal fit.
For a referral to qualify, the person must know we’ll be reaching out, and we must be able to mention your name as the connection — this keeps the outreach warm and respectful. You’ll just share their basic details and a bit of context so we can make a meaningful, informed introduction.
We appreciate your referral and would like to thank you with a reward. It could be CSols swag, a gift card, public recognition, or a donation to a nonprofit organization of your choice. We will work out the fine details during the discovery call once you submit the form.
